Baby Steps
ages 18 months to 3 years
6 week sessions
30 minutes for $50
A fun class for little ones who want to express themselves through movement. Children will use their imaginations as they move to music with the use of props, imagery and storytelling. An adult is strongly encouraged to participate and is required to remain on TB premises. Register
A Homeschooler's Dance Experience
ages 7–10 and 11–14
18 week sessions
60 minutes for $280
An age appropriate dance experience for children who are home schooled. During the semester, they will get a taste of basic ballet technique (eight weeks), jazz (five weeks), and Tap (five weeks). Activities will meet certain Ohio Academic Standards in the area of fine arts. Recommended attire for classes includes leggings or yoga pants, and a solid color form fitting top. New and Current Adult Movement Exploration
All adult classes are 6 weeks; 60 minutes for $100
Ballroom Partner dance in which participants learn many social dances done throughout history. Bring a friend, or meet new ones in this fun class!
Chi Kung This close cousin to Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise which promotes health by connecting mind, body, and spirit. With proper use of breath, guided inner visualizations and simple Tai chi style movements, a balanced flow of "chi" (life force energy) circulates within the body's energetic pathways.
Ballet/Yoga Fusion Combining yoga alignment principles and the grace of ballet, participants will learn to strengthen and relax body and mind. This unique class is for anyone who is interested in a balanced, gentle workout.
Mature Movement
Back by popular demand, this class is geared toward adults of any age to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and overall agility in a safe environment. A good portion of the class is spent standing at the barre, allowing participants to feel secure while working different parts of the body in careful, fluid movements that are all no-impact.
